Currently we only ship to addresses within Australia, but please contact us if you're outside of Australia to see if we can still assist you.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping is Free* (Australia Wide Only) 

*If you spend over $150 in a single transaction (excludes all embroidered signage)

All items are made to order or custom/individually embroidered.

We do our best to get all orders shipped within 7 business days from the day after purchase, but during busy periods it may take up to 10 days to ship your item(s).

Please note that we are not liable for any unforeseen warehouse or carrier delays.

Shipping times depend on the carrier.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email and or message containing a tracking number that allows you to monitor its shipment from the shipping carrier. 

The time it takes for your order to arrive varies depending on your location and how fast your local postal service is. Please note we are in outer Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email and or message containing a tracking number from the shipping carrier. That will allow you to monitor as to when your order may be delivered.

Once your Eltham Studios items have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us along with an email from the shipping carrier with your tracking number so you can track your package via the carrier's website.

Please note that sometimes there may be shipping delays and/or product back-orders due to a delay involving the order fulfilment process.
